Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours of the scheduled time due to the resources and staff allocated based on scheduled appointments. We are dedicated to providing prompt and dependable services to all of our valued clients, and to that end, we have established a clear and concise cancellation policy.
To assist us in providing timely and reliable service to all of our clients, we kindly request that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and provide an opportunity for other clients to utilize the appointment slot.
We take great pride in delivering prompt notary & fingerprinting services to our clients. In the event that a notary arrives at the location, and the notarization cannot occur due to reasons beyond our control, such as missing documents or an unresponsive signer, we regret to inform you that we are unable to issue any refunds to the cardholder.
